13 Steps to Handle Congestion Have Been Synchronized

Jakarta Provincial Government together with synchronization team discussed about 13 steps to handle congestion in Jakarta.

Most of them are already synchronized. Such as 13 steps to handle congestion

Jakarta Regional Development Planning Board (Bappeda) Head, Tuty Kusumawati said that in the discussion, almost all programs have been synchronized, especially transportation program.

"Most of them are already synchronized. Such as 13 steps to handle congestion," she said after Forum Group Discussion (FGD) event related to transportation field at City Hall, Tuesday (6/13).

She mentioned the discussed 13 steps to handle congestion are, Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) system, Rapid Transit Bus (BRT) development, rail-based mass transportation or Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) and Light Rail Transit (LRT) development, integration between modes of transportation, and also park and ride.

"We have ERP and integration between modes of transportation. Park and ride also. But there is one which in central government authority related to JORR and six toll lanes," she added.

She ensured, City Budget (APBD) 2018 will accommodate 100 percent of the chosen governor and vice governor's programs.

"So it has attributive and delegative functions," she closed.
